Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated and analytical Senior Analyst for Logistics Performance to join our regional APAC team, based in Pakistan. This role focuses on bolstering customer experience via enhanced logistics across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of enhancing logistics operations within the region.
• Lead regional projects aimed at boosting logistics operations, focusing on customer experience and retention.
• Analyze extensive product data sets to gain insights into behaviors of riders, vendors, and customers, shaping future product directions.
• Convert complex data into clear visualizations to aid decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally within high-growth startups, investment banking, consulting, or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Data Studio is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• An enthusiastic learner keen on understanding every facet of the business.
