We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Platform team in Poland as we continue to scale our operations. This role is integral to developing our Workspace Migration Service, ensuring top-notch customer experience through high-performing APIs and service integrations.

What You Will Do:

As a vital member of our engineering team, you will:

• Develop and maintain critical components of our Workspace Migration Service.
• Design and build systems focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to deliver sophisticated backend features.
• Continuously optimize our platform and challenge the traditional ways.

Who We Are Looking For:

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or other popular languages, and familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• An enthusiasm for tackling complex problems and a strong learning orientation.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience with designing and developing data platforms.
• Knowledge in various database technologies including non-relational and document-based systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js / Nest.js / Express.js / TypeScript.
• A passion for productivity platforms and improving global productivity.
