Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will be a key player in managing and evolving our internal data projects from conception through to deployment and beyond. By leveraging state-of-the-art technology like Snowflake and Tableau, this role involves significant stakeholder interaction, project management, and the development of intuitive and impactful data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the data team and internal stakeholders, simplifying complex data concepts into executable strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead analytics projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, using best practices in project management.
  • Lifecycle Support: Manage the full lifecycle of internal data product development with a focus on continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Dashboard UI Design: Craft compelling, user-friendly dashboard interfaces using Tableau, to optimize data visualization and support data-driven decision making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize Snowflake for robust data management and advanced Tableau features for creating interactive reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data analytics, with a strong portfolio in data project management and product design.
  • Expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau, with an emphasis on advanced data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.

Salary and Incentives

The annual base pay range for this role is $118,156.00 - $177,234.00, dependent on geographic location and experience. Benefits, bonuses, and other forms of compensation are part of the total remuneration package.
