About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Xometry, you will analyze large sets of behavioral data to unveil trends and opportunities, aiding in the development and enhancement of our services. You will:

• Conduct detailed analyses to understand user behavior and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports using Looker and other analytical tools, presenting findings to our product and business teams.
• Collaborate with departments across the company to communicate findings and implement data-driven strategies.
• Explore innovative approaches to data interpretation, contributing to ongoing improvements and strategic developments.
• Support the setting of measurable goals by assisting in the development of key performance metrics.

Who You Are

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A proven background in a data-driven environment, ideally within a team setting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience managing databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Looker.
• Experience with event tracking platforms like Segment, Tealium, or Google Analytics.
• A commitment to maintaining strict timelines with high accuracy and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Agility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and align work hours with the US Eastern Time zone (GMT-5).
