Job Overview:

This hybrid position based within 50 miles of our Chicago, IL or Columbia, MD offices offers a dynamic workplace, combining three office days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) with remote work capabilities the rest of the time. As a vital part of our Digital Center of Excellence, the Senior Data Analyst role in Marketing & Enrollment involves a deep dive into data analysis, developing reporting tools, and delivering insights to enhance decision-making processes at Chamberlain University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and refine dashboards and visualizations that deliver crucial business insights.
  • Work closely with leadership in marketing and enrollment to define success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure key performance indicators reflect overarching goals, suggesting enhancements and ensuring data integrity.
  • Empower stakeholders by delivering well-organized data narratives tailored to diverse executive audiences.
  • Design automated data solutions to streamline operations and support ad hoc data inquiries.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to data validation and troubleshooting within our reporting frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Sciences, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of analytical experience, preferably in marketing and sales analytics, including hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Big Query, and familiarity with Python is an advantage.
  • Strong capacity to communicate complex data in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits:

With a commitment to pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $51,962 to $93,918, tailored based on qualifications and experience.
