About the role - Who are you?

We are in search of an experienced, forward-thinking, hands-on senior data analyst who is eager to be part of a rapidly growing AI and technology company. You should possess a passion for crafting a scalable Data and Analytics platform, a solid understanding of the ideal technology stack, and the ability to use existing data infrastructure to provide a comprehensive overview of customer, product, and commercial analytics, in order to discover actionable insights.

The day-to-day responsibilities - What will you be doing?

As a member of the larger Business Operations team, you will collaborate closely with the Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to create up-to-date, precise reports, analyses, and dashboards with trustworthy data, serving as a singular source of information to sustain multiple analyses and performance measurement. Key Responsibilities - What will you be doing?

  • Develop systems to capture, review, report, and analyze business data to inform sound commercial decisions for the broader business.
  • Assess the existing systems in place and determine the technical framework necessary to construct the BI function and how to integrate the team's function to support the wider business.
  • Work closely with the Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to enable accurate measurement of performance KPIs and assist the business in achieving performance objectives.
  • Assess existing data sources and analytics systems.
  • Ensure that we have precise and secure methods to locate and extract data.
  • Build, implement, and maintain BI systems.
  • Present data to broader organizations, including laypeople, using suitable data visualization tools.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for converting data into actionable insight and knowledge using predictive and analytical solutions.

Requirements

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
  • Proficiency in SQL (essential).
  • Expertise in Business Intelligence and familiarity with best practices in the field.
  • Experience in understanding advanced data infrastructure and enterprise data models.
  • Experience using data warehouse tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow, AWS & Amazon Redshift.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is desirable.
  • The ability to create and manage data models.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in constructing data visualizations (Tableau).
  • Experience in project management and the ability to guide junior team members.
  • A strong motivation for personal growth and development.
  • A solid understanding of commercial and product performance metrics in a technology (SaaS) company is highly desirable.
  • Strong persuasive skills to illustrate and explain the data effectively and propose appropriate action steps.
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships, and setting clear expectations for their teams.

Salary Range: €40,000 - €45,000
