Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at our 7302 Pacific St location. In this role, you'll engage in data analysis processes that are crucial for steering our organization's strategic direction. You'll handle large data sets to derive insights that drive key business decisions, ensuring data integrity through advanced mathematical methods and providing accurate reports to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily reports and customized dashboards to senior management and clients to monitor USPS performance metrics and mitigate financial penalties.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports to meet the business's needs.
• Identify source data issues, escalate incidents, and prepare data for analysis.
• Determine appropriate data sources and sampling techniques for effective reports.
• Interpret data analysis results and communicate findings to stakeholders in an actionable format.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, education, or military training.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Minimum of 1-year experience ensuring data integrity and validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and military training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in reporting and creating data visualizations that effectively communicate findings.
