Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our multicultural Engineering team. You will focus on designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines. In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality code in a continuous delivery environment
• Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team to create and deploy features
• Innovate and improve our infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operate large-scale data pipelines
• Write robust, maintainable code
• Collaborate closely to deliver quality software in a high-trust engineering culture

Requirements

• Curious and growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science including system design, data structures, and algorithms
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• 3+ years of experience building and operating large-scale data pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and Spark
• Experience with Apache Airflow and NoSQL data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Apache Iceberg)
• Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects
• Knowledge of OpenSearch, Django, Java, Scala
