Senior Data Reporting Professional

Description Humana Healthy Horizons is looking for a Senior Data Reporting Professional who will use various provider and healthcare data sets to create, automate, and maintain reports that aid in key business decision making on an analytical team. Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Senior Data Reporting Professional include using their understanding of and ability to develop, streamline, and maintain the team's manual and automated data reporting processes to consistently deliver accurate data. They will pull and integrate data elements, collaborate with business partners to develop solutions, assist others with technical problems, ensure accuracy and attention to detail, design simple and thoughtful reports for non-technical users, and exercise latitude in setting objectives and approaches. Required Qualifications The candidate must live in the eastern standard time zone of the United States, have a Bachelor's degree and/or at least 5 years of technical experience in data reporting, experience creating automated reports and self-service tools, advanced proficiency in SQL, ability to analyze data and prepare visuals, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, clear communication, ability to manage priorities independently, and an analytical mindset. Work at Home Requirements They should have a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection, a dedicated workspace, and Humana will provide all necessary office equipment. Preferred Qualifications An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, experience with Power BI, Provider Health plan data, Medicaid, and strong organizational skills are preferred. Additional Information The role includes quarterly travel, remote work, core working hours of 8-5 pm EST, with flexible scheduling, and benefits from day 1.
