About the Team

Become part of our European Data Practice center of excellence, a diverse team of almost 30 professionals from 9 nationalities with backgrounds in telco, banking, insurance, life sciences, or physics. We bridge business needs with exceptional data solutions.

What We Do

We tackle a variety of challenges:

• Data Processing and Interpretation: Manage a world-class data platform consolidating 300+ internal and external sources.
• Marketing Automation: Implement targeted activities utilizing contact engagement, communication channels, and content personalization.
• Sales Automation: Support partner businesses with dynamic customer journey insights and product portfolio recommendations.
• Pricing: Optimize price levels considering multiple objectives and constraints.
• Operations: Enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• E-commerce: Improve customer experience across platforms with recommendation engines and other tools.

Your Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

• Apply data science methods to real-world business scenarios.
• Collaborate with business colleagues end-to-end, from problem definition to impact evaluation.
• Write clean, production-ready, well-documented code.
• Participate in the design, implementation, refactoring, and maintenance of existing and future data products.
• Focus on quality and on-time delivery, working 100% on real use cases with significant business impact.

Skills & Knowledge Required

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years in machine learning, data science, and analytics.
• Proven ability to address business challenges.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in designing and supporting data products in a production environment.
• Excellent business and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and Spark/Databricks is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and MLOps is a plus.
• BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science or a STEM field is a plus.
