Role Overview: Senior Data Scientist - Performance Monitoring

As part of our data science team, you'll tackle exciting challenges that evolve as fast as our products. Currently, your tasks will focus on:

• Identifying insights to better understand Canva and user interaction, transcending traditional metrics for deeper business impacts.
• Engineering experiments to enhance technical efficiency, optimizing platform speed for an improved user experience.
• Building and maintaining essential dashboards that provide actionable insights into our operations and user experience.
• Contributing to projects that aim at enhancing our performance metrics and overall customer retention through speed enhancements.

Is This Role for You?

Consider this role if you:

• Possess profound proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Have expertise in analyzing large datasets with Python or R, creating understandable graphs and dashboards.
• Are able to distill complex analytical findings into clear, communicative visuals and reports.
• Have a strong foundation in a STEM field and an understanding of web performance (both preferred, not required).
• Excel in communicating complex concepts in a way that’s easily understandable.
