About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist at Arla, you will harness your analytical skills to provide valuable data-driven insights to stakeholders. This role involves:

• Performing sophisticated data analysis on financial, legal, and HR datasets to extract trends, detect patterns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Developing predictive models and analytics tools for historical data analysis to enhance financial and HR processes.
• Creating models and analysis to support initiatives like Extended Producer Responsibility Tax schemes and Fraud Transaction Scanning models.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and solutions.
• Working with external vendors to execute projects effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong background in statistics, data science, and data analytics, preferably within the Finance, HR, or Legal domains.
• Experience with Azure data lake and proficiency in programming languages for robust data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, along with sharp data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into digestible and impactful insights for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
