Noblis is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Fellow – Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead pioneering AI research and development initiatives from our Reston, VA headquarters. This strategic role involves close collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and executive leadership to steer our organizational AI strategy towards notable scientific breakthroughs and substantial R&D advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Leadership:

• Direct and shape the Noblis AI R&D strategy in alignment with executive goals and client research priorities.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to foster innovation across diverse domains such as cyber operations, complex simulation, and multimedia analysis.
• Provide AI expertise and consultative guidance to prestigious US Government agencies, enhancing mission outcomes in sectors including defense and homeland security.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work alongside Noblis' top scientists and technical teams to advance AI research and practical applications.
• Strengthen and grow Noblis’ partnerships in the academic and industrial spheres, recruiting top-tier talent and scaling our research capabilities.

Research Integration and Proposal Development:

• Integrate innovative research findings into key business proposals and solution development.
• Identify and capitalize on US Government-funded opportunities to further Noblis’ contributions to national and public safety.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or a closely related field, with over 12 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI disciplines.
• Proven success in securing government funding for scientific research or prototypes.
• Capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve groundbreaking research outcomes.
• An active Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI/CI Poly.

Salary Range: USD $202,000.00 - USD $353,500.00 /Yr.
