About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of utilizing modern UI and backend technologies. This European-based, remote position offers you the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our product's technical direction. You will work on our robotic application interface, enhancing core functionalities, introducing new features, and maintaining our backend environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in software design and architecture, including design reviews.
• Collaborate with a talented team to maintain and lay the foundation for the next generation of Robot/Warehouse Execution Systems.
• Write high-quality code accompanied by automated unit tests for cloud-based and self-hosted SaaS products.
• Contribute to integration, system, and performance testing, including the creation of test tools.
• Work within a Scrum team to plan and deliver incremental software in defined sprints.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer problems and devising timely solutions.
• Develop test cases within an automated test framework for various development projects.
• Build strong partnerships with UX designers, software developers, and product managers.
• Serve as a mentor to new or junior team members.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in SQL, C#, .NET, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with API-first development, especially leveraging REST.
• Proficiency in UI development using popular frameworks like React.js or Angular.js.
• Expertise in designing and deploying multi-threaded applications.
• Experience with microservices architecture and asynchronous message-oriented systems.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, with a preference for Microsoft SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) principles and practices.
• Familiarity with native cloud application development (GCP, AWS, Azure) and continuous deployment is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse execution and automation systems is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in languages like Java, Go, Python, and Rust is a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
