The Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Security)

We are looking for a passionate full stack engineer with a focus on security to join our US-based engineering team. You will contribute new functionalities to our products and serve as a subject-matter expert on application security. Your primary tools will include TypeScript, React, and Node.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support robust cloud-native applications, services, and APIs.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for application security, conducting secure code reviews and leading our security initiatives.
  • Research commercial and open-source solutions and recommend build vs. buy strategies.
  • Enhance existing systems to improve performance, stability, quality, and security.
  • Promote a user-centric mindset and build user empathy.
  • Communicate effectively within and on behalf of cross-functional product delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, specializing in cloud-native applications.
  • Proficient in TypeScript and React and deeply passionate about software security.
  • Experience working within regulated environments and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HITRUST.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
