Job Opportunity: Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer

Remotebase is currently seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer to build a personalized fitness app from the ground up. This app will feature AI-driven workout plans, body composition analysis, motion-tracking, and a comprehensive range of guided exercises, providing users with a fully customized fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a responsive and user-friendly mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Implement AI algorithms to provide personalized workout recommendations based on user data.
• Integrate advanced body composition and motion-tracking features.
• Design and develop a robust backend system for user data management and analytics.
• Ensure the highest standards of data security and privacy.
• Implement in-app purchases and a subscription model to monetize the app.

Qualifications

We are searching for someone with:

• Proven experience in mobile app development, particularly with React Native or Flutter. Experience with native development technologies (Swift, Objective-C for iOS, and Kotlin, Java for Android) is also acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
• Expertise in integrating DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) or similar body composition analysis technologies.
• Proficiency in database management systems (both SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with fitness tracking APIs and SDKs.
• Strong UI/UX design skills to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience developing fitness or health-related apps.
• Knowledge of data security best practices to safeguard user information.
