About Your New Role: Senior Machine Machine Learning Engineer, Firefly

Adobe's Firefly, a trailblazing suite of creative generative AI models, is redefining content creation. With a mandate to enhance Adobe's revolutionary technologies further, you will play a pivotal role in developing solutions that impact millions of creative professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Applied Research to design robust machine learning solutions with wide-reaching effects.
• Develop backend services for our generative AI features across Adobe platforms like Firefly website, Photoshop, and more.
• Create cutting-edge model pipelines that enhance our offerings in imagery, vectors, 3D content, and beyond.
• Optimize cloud service reliability and scalability, with a focus on advanced system architecture.
• Lead the design of Adobe's internal AI Inference Platform to manage and deploy machine learning models effectively.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Expert knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, public cloud platforms, and commercial AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience with Pytorch, SageMaker, HuggingFace, particularly in Image Processing and Computer Vision.
• Strong skills in GPU workload optimization and model operation in production settings.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at building partnerships internally and externally.
• Analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $150,700 to $284,400 annually, dependent on location and experience. We offer a competitive package including base pay, commissions (for sales roles), Annual Incentive Plans, and the possibility of long-term equity incentives.
