Key Responsibilities:

• Design and collaborate on complex machine learning models with a diverse team.
• Implement and optimize neural networks, focusing on transformer-based architectures.
• Enhance model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Evaluate model robustness and experiment with new techniques to boost capabilities.
• Manage large datasets, ensuring quality and relevance for model training and assessment.
• Stay informed on the latest in NLP, deep learning, and AI technologies.
• Deploy and monitor AI models in real-world environments and iterate based on performance data.
• Collaborate across functional teams and communicate technical insights effectively.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Expertise in Python and major ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proven track record with transformer-based models like BERT and GPT.
• Advanced knowledge in statistics, linear algebra, and probability.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing is advantageous.
• Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
