About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Expert at GFT Technologies, you will collaborate with a global team of top-tier experts to develop cutting-edge machine learning models for our banking industry clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence major projects and achieve significant impacts on business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models with other researchers and data scientists.
• Develop and optimize neural networks, focusing on transformer-based architectures.
• Enhance model scalability, performance, and efficiency through rigorous testing and modifications.
• Utilize large datasets for preprocessing, feature selection, and data representation to assure quality in model training and evaluation.
• Stay updated with advancements in NLP, deep learning, and AI to drive innovation within the team.
• Work across functional teams to integrate models into production and continually monitor and improve models.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Expertise in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proven experience with transformer models like BERT and GPT.
• Solid mathematical foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Experience with cloud technologies and distributed computing preferred.
• Previous banking industry experience is advantageous.
