Role Overview

As part of a passionate and accomplished group, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of configuration and data management analysts for the Engines Business Unit. Your team will identify and control changes to baselines established by the Engines programs and perform data analysis to support engine program execution and customer delivery. Additionally, you will align Engines with company-level Configuration Management policies, refining requirements, processes, and tools throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of configuration and data management analysts.
• Identify and control changes to baselines established by Engines programs.
• Perform appropriate data analysis.
• Ensure alignment with company-level Configuration Management policies.
• Collaborate across team interfaces to enforce rigorous configuration management and change control standards.
• Work with design and program management teams to implement beneficial projects.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or liberal arts field.
• 8+ years of aerospace-related Configuration Management, Engineering, or operations experience.
• 4+ years managing direct reports and projects or programs.
• Strong leadership, planning, and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with various management and planning software tools.
• Deep experience with configuration management toolsets for complex products.
• Ability to develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the organization.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired:

• Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with launch vehicle or space vehicle design and operations.
• Experience with change management tools for embedded software development.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous environments.
• Involvement with test or launch operations.
• Experience in a small company or startup environment.

Compensation

For onsite WA applicants, the compensation range is $167,088-$233,923. Other locations may vary. Applications will be accepted until the requisition is closed.
