Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager (Data Analytics), your role will involve joining Innovaccer, one of the world's rapidly developing healthcare-tech companies, as a detail-oriented problem solver. In this position, you'll spearhead the conception and creation of the next generation analytics and visualization tools for our clients. To excel in this role, you must exhibit structured problem-solving skills, robust analytical abilities, proactive initiative-taking and driving capabilities, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong empathy for both internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for a product manager who is enthusiastic about technology & data and enjoys collaborating with developers, data engineers, and data architects.

A Day in the Life

  • Formulate and implement the overarching vision and strategy for the data and analytics platform
  • Determine the technical target state and instigate continuous technology transformation.
  • Create and promote a vision, internally and externally, conceptualizing Innovaccer as a fundamental component of the Modern Data Stack.
  • Understand different user personas and identify ways to boost their productivity by utilizing the Innovaccer Data Activation Platform.
  • Conduct experiments to develop and verify hypotheses, and test solution concepts with healthcare clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other Product Managers to develop appealing developer tools that enhance developer productivity
  • Participate in leading open developer communities to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with technology and market trends in the modern data stack ecosystem.
  • Define and analyze product success metrics.

What You Need 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including offering product vision, creating strategy, and performing data-influenced product planning and prioritization
  • Experience working with data warehouses, RDBMs, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional relations with Engineering, UX, Sales, and product area leaders across the organization
  • Strong technical foundation with a demonstrated ability to strategically and tactically execute
  • Experience building enterprise products
  • A deep passion for working with developers, data engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
  • Excellent communication, listening, writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial and energetic self-starter capable of navigating ambiguous environments and working independently when necessary
  • Experience as a software and/or data engineer
  • Experience building products with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Wide understanding of developer tools such as SDKs, Command Line Interfaces (CLIs), IDEs, Scripting tools, Drivers/Connectors, etc.
  • Familiarity with Modern Data Stack technologies
