Job Description

Broadcom is seeking a highly skilled Senior / Staff NPI Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in driving yield improvement, cost optimization, and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with R&D during the product development stage to define and develop PFMEA.
• Taking proactive measures to identify and prevent manufacturing and quality issues during MPV and production ramp-up.
• Proactively exploring opportunities for yield, product margin improvement, enhanced quality, and cost savings.
• Performing product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts and tools.
• Developing tests for electrical characterization.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Engineering (Electronics).
• More than 8 years of experience, preferably in new product engineering and/or test development.
• Ability to interpret electronic circuit diagrams and a strong understanding of RF electronic components.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ADS, JMP, Python, project management, and machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, pyTorch, and Scikit-learn is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills in English.
