About the AI Platform Team

The AI Platform team at Lunit focuses on providing advanced DataOps and ModelOps solutions to support AI model development. Our team handles multiple tasks such as:

  • Managing medical image data for Radiology and Oncology
  • Developing automated data pipelines and management platforms
  • Facilitating data collection, analysis, rendering, and labeling
  • Ensuring high-quality data and annotations for accurate AI models
  • Building efficient data labeling practices through DevOps, DataOps, and ModelOps
  • Optimizing and productizing AI research models for diverse hardware platforms

About the Position: Make a Lasting Impact on Human Health

We are seeking an experienced project manager passionate about using medical data and AI technologies to improve patient outcomes. This is your chance to apply your skills in project management, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement to innovate and elevate healthcare.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Data Sharing Coordination: Establish secure data sharing agreements and protocols with external partners to ensure compliant data transfer while maintaining stringent data privacy.
  • Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI Platform projects. Define scope, timelines, resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide updates, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Technical Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with technical leads to define work items and ensure solutions align with project goals. Drive cross-functional problem-solving and system integration.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize processes. Collaborate with other PMs to establish governance frameworks and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in IT consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in business-level English
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Experience in working on web-related or data system technologies
  • Strong critical thinking skills and software development lifecycle knowledge
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Korean
  • Experience in IT and medical industries
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Proficiency in writing and diagrams as code
