Job Summary

Join our team at Cardinal Health as a Sr. Analyst, Supplier Data Management. You will play a critical role in creating and managing strategic supplier partnerships to drive enterprise value through innovation, cost efficiency, and competitive advantages. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans by leveraging market intelligence, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. Create competitive advantages through supplier selection, contract negotiation, supply chain optimization, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Analyst, Supplier Data Management, your core accountabilities will include:

  • Serving as the subject matter expert for Indirect Supplier Master Data managed in SAP.
  • Collaborating closely with the Supplier Master Data Management functional team as the Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve master data issues.
  • Enhancing master data processes and creating/managing SOPs.
  • Conducting monthly process audits including the execution of key SOX controls.
  • Providing training for existing team members based on audit results or process changes, and onboarding new team members.
  • Assisting in the completion of projects in addition to data entry tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SAP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in creating and conducting training sessions for peers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
  • Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to work inclusively across functions.
