Role Overview: Sr. Data Engineer - Informatica

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will hold a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of strategic high-priority data applications across the entire software development lifecycle in an Agile environment. Your expertise will guide the development and automation of complex data pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge technologies on platforms like Google Cloud.

• Leading efforts in building scalable data processing systems and optimizing data storage on Google Cloud Platform.
• Applying advanced data modeling and engineering practices.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to meet project goals.
• Driving the development of data solutions that support analytics, data science, and data management initiatives.
• Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.

What We Look For

We need knowledgeable and proactive team players who possess:

• Strong expertise in relational databases, ETL/ELT, and data integration (Informatica IICS preferred).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Background in developing data analytics solutions using Google Cloud Platform services is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in data, analytics, or application development domains.

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor’s and ideally a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
