Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL / Data Integration Developer to join our Data Migration Team. This team is part of a larger Case Management System Modernization Program implemented on Azure using MS Dynamics 365 (PowerApps). The ideal candidate will design and build data integration routines to migrate data from multiple source systems to our new target system with a different data model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Cloud ETL processes and workflows with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Create ETL processes to transmit data from legacy on-premises systems to Azure SQL Databases and the Dataverse data repository on Azure.
• Construct necessary data structures or data models to support data at all stages.
• Utilize Azure Data Factory/SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems to multiple staging area AzureSQL Databases.
• Employ KingswaySoft to transfer data from AzureSQL Database to Common Data Service (CDS) data reporting.
• Communicate analyses, results, and ideas to key decision-makers, including business and technical stakeholders.

Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $135K - $155K. The final salary will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, skills, competencies, experience, internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability, and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT systems development experience, primarily in data integration roles.
• 4+ years of development experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL scripting (strong SQL skills required, including writing T-SQL stored procedures).
• 5+ years of ETL development experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory.
• 5+ years of experience in data reconciliation, data validation, ETL testing, deploying ETL packages, automating ETL jobs, and developing reconciliation reports.
• Strong analytical skills applied to business software solutions maintenance and/or development.
• Ability to work in a team environment, review code, and work on system operations.
• Experience with Data Conversion and Data Migration.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Quality Rules/ Metrics/Dashboards.
• DevOps experience using GIT, developing, and deploying code to production.
• Eligibility for a Government-issued Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MS Power Platform, especially Power BI.
• Microsoft certifications.
• Active federal government public trust clearance.
