The Impact You’ll Make

In this influential role as the Master Data Domain Leader (MDDL), you'll establish and steer the Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) practice across the enterprise. This leadership role spans all organizational boundaries, offering comprehensive, enterprise-wide oversight across multiple data domains, including Customer/Supplier and Product data domains. As part of the Data Governance/MDM team, you will collaborate with various business functions to advocate the domain data strategy and work closely with data stewards and owners for operational execution, necessary escalations, and policy ratification.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage central data teams and oversee the operational execution of Master Data creation and management.
• Ensure data governance processes within the domain are tracked and resolved, escalating issues as needed.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the domain.
• Enforce data governance policies within the data domain.
• Facilitate Enterprise Data Council meetings.
• Plan, facilitate, and lead Data Steward Steering Committee meetings.
• Develop data maturity strategies for one or more domains.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6-8 years of management experience in similar roles.

Compensation

San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range: $129,000.00 - $272,000.00

This salary range is relevant for applicants residing or working on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation is based on factors such as job location, level, education, training, skills, experience, and comparison with other employees in similar roles. Actual salary may vary due to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company shutdowns, and other relevant factors.
