Position Summary

We are actively seeking a Sr. Staff Data Engineer to enhance our next-generation analytics solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will lead the design and development of scalable software modules and contribute to our legacy of innovation by anticipating the technological needs of a changing business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve diverse duties, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation with functional management to analyze business requirements.
  • Researching, evaluating, and implementing technological solutions to meet strategic objectives.
  • Leading and participating in the design and implementation of systems that enhance data interaction and overall business processes.
  • Coordinating cross-functional IT unit activities and providing technical leadership and guidance.
  • Devising strategies to enhance system operation and reduce interruptions.

Required Qualifications

Prospective candidates must hold a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in fields like Computer Science or Engineering, complemented by at least two years of relevant professional experience. Necessary technical skills include:

  • Expertise in ETL Tools such as Informatica and Talend
  • Proficiency in RDBMS like Oracle and Snowflake, and cloud services such as Amazon Web Services
  • Familiarity with Unix and Windows operating systems and scheduling tools like Autosys and Control-M

Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience will also be considered.

Salary & Compensation

Our competitive salary range for this role is $149,469 - $184,920 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes various forms of performance-based incentives and rewards.
