Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Optimize Data Systems: Collaborate with our Data Platform and Data Science teams to refine warehouse design and supercharge data performance.
• Advance A/B Testing: Revamp our A/B testing infrastructure to fuel the next level of data-driven product advancements.
• Enhance Analytics Collection: Overhaul our analytics event collection systems to meet scalability and robustness demands as we scale.
• Empower Product Teams: Develop and manage a state-of-the-art data warehouse to streamline reporting and facilitate data discovery, enhancing our understanding of user interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Over 5 years of data engineering experience in consumer tech industries like chat, social media, or user-generated content platforms.
• Expertise in constructing data warehouses and pipelines using tools like BigQuery, dbt, and Airflow.
• Proficiency in modeling and scaling event telemetry systems tailored for analytical applications.
• Strong background in implementing and managing product experimentation data platforms.
• Robust Python and SQL skills.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
