What You'll Do:

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain critical data pipelines that drive core business insights.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to transform research into operational solutions.
• Ensure the security and privacy of user data by adhering to best practices.
• Manage and support data delivery methods through our data warehouse environments.
• Provide ongoing support for all production pipelines.
• Facilitate task planning, estimation, scheduling, and manage staffing needs.
• Mentor and support the development of junior and mid-level data engineers.
• Contribute to team growth by assisting in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring processes.

Tools and Technologies:

Our technology stack includes Python, AWS, Terraform, Snowflake, and Git.

Who You Are:

Ideal Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of hands-on experience building data pipelines and applications.
• Expert proficiency in Python and experience with AWS environments.
• Experience in orchestrating workflows using tools like Airflow, Argo, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Comfort in leading R&D projects and interfacing with various organizational domains.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors is considered a plus.
• Proficiency with database warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
