Role Overview: Data Integrity Supervisor

As the Data Integrity Supervisor, you will play a strategic leadership role within our Finance and Administration department. Your primary focus will be to oversee a team dedicated to maintaining the precision and reliability of our data across various project management and accounting systems. This position requires a proactive leader who is adept in technology, excels in process optimization, and is skilled in driving enhancements to improve data efficiency and accuracy. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is committed to delivering top-tier customer service while managing stakeholder relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily team activities to ensure optimal service level achievement and assign work accordingly.
  • Handle Data Integrity duties on a personal level daily.
  • Monitor team performance to pinpoint coaching opportunities, deliver feedback, and perform evaluations.
  • Address escalated issues from both internal and external clients, and negotiate solutions to complex problems.
  • Act as a liaison across internal departments and champion Data Integrity in critical business meetings.
  • Develop and implement policies to streamline data integrity processes continuously.
  • Use metrics and data analysis for strategic planning, including forecasting staffing needs and processing volumes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Project Management Office and Digital Services to boost operational efficiencies.
  • Lead and participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing project management practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably within an architectural, engineering, or consulting firm.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft D365 PMIS and BST Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in policy development and workflow management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership and collaboration capabilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning, performance management, and familiarity with data analysis and business forecasting.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from:

  • Location A: $85,000 - $116,000
  • Location B: $94,000 - $128,000
  • Location C: $102,000 - $140,000

This range is based on the employee’s primary work location and can vary depending on skills, experience, and education.
