What We're Looking For:

Our team is growing, and we are listening to our customers to address their evolving needs. We are in search of an Engineering Manager to join our Singularity Data Lake division—a central foundation for unified security analyst workflows and third-party ecosystem integrations via SentinelOne Marketplace.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a proven track record of leading and retaining top-tier engineering teams in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software engineers.
• Collaborate with product management to enhance foundational software services within SentinelOne’s Singularity Data Lake.
• Drive design decisions to improve product architecture and promote best engineering practices.
• Identify and address areas for proactive improvement.
• Encourage continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements:

• Several years of leadership experience managing a team of 6+ in an enterprise-level SaaS organization.
• Exceptional planning and project execution skills.
• Strong customer focus and operational excellence for on-call rotations.
• Preferred: Hands-on development experience with proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or Rust, and experience with highly scalable services for first-party and third-party integrations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Action-oriented with a balanced approach to achieving both long-term and short-term goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating and conveying requirements and positioning.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams across different time zones.
