Your Contribution

As a System and Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our corporate team, focusing on Data to Value & Smart Factory. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the digitalization of production processes by implementing and utilizing cutting-edge Smart Factory software solutions.
• Engaging in the analysis and optimization of production processes through advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Advising and consulting users on the adoption and practical use of Smart Factory technologies.
• Being an integral part of our "Enabling Team," helping to implement data-driven solutions that contribute to efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
• Designing and delivering training sessions and workshops to ensure effective usage of new systems.
• Providing ongoing technical support and expert advice to ensure optimal operation.
• Keeping abreast of current trends to continuously improve our offerings and services.

Your role will be critical in steering the direction and achieving the strategic goals of our organization through innovative frameworks, technologies, and user-centered development methods.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent; a B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Smart Manufacturing/Digitalization is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a background in project management and customer support.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analytics and familiarity with Smart Manufacturing practices.
• In-depth understanding of complex software ecosystems, cloud services/infrastructures, Big Data, and Data Management.
• Proven experience in integrating third-party applications seamlessly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Professional fluency in English and proficiency in agile methodologies.

Candidates must meet the US Person status due to the nature of work performed at this facility.
