About the Role:

As a Systems Engineer in our Air Traffic Systems division, specifically working with the Domestic Air Traffic Control team, you will be instrumental in developing next-generation Air Traffic Control and Weather Data Reporting systems. This role is based in Marlborough, MA, and involves occasional domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and clarify requirements for software development teams and testing personnel.
  • Conduct system engineering analyses, including trade studies, requirements definition, interface definition, and system verification and validation.
  • Develop operations concepts and procedures.
  • Participate in technical interchange meetings and represent our program.
  • Contribute to daily program scrum meetings and update on progress regarding Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Red Hat Linux and systems testing.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory as the position requires access to sensitive information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Systems Integration and Test.
  • Familiarity with requirements decomposition and verification.
  • Proficiency in engineering and architecture tools.

Application and Salary Information:

This on-site role offers a salary range of $64,000 - $128,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The application period is expected to close approximately 40 days from notice posting, subject to change based on applicant flow and business needs.
