We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Development Lead specializing in Generative AI for our pioneering tech team at Dentsu Creative. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced digital products and applications, centering on generative AI technologies.
• Lead projects across Cloud Gen-AI platforms, Data Preprocessing, Cloud AI PaaS Solutions, and more.
• Create and refine prototypes, evolving them into scalable AI solutions with a focus on Minimal Viable Product (MVP).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility of new technologies, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Stay at the forefront of innovation by researching and adopting new methodologies in generative AI.
• Develop efficient Gen-AI applications optimizing data processes and model utilization.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Gen-AI applications from development to maintenance and performance assessment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in Python and associated frameworks for full spectrum development including API, AI/ML.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Generative AI, including work with LLMs like GPT-4, BERT, and more.
• Deep understanding and hands-on involvement with Cloud Gen-AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Solid experience with implementing and scaling RAG architectures and pipelines.
• Experience with advanced Generative AI solutions, particularly in image and creative automation fields using models like DALL-E 3 and Midjourney.
• Ability to design and lead the development of large-scale Generative AI applications and products.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Background in Machine Learning with experience in GANs, VAEs, and custom ML model development.
• Expertise in deploying enterprise-grade machine learning solutions across various platforms.
• Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies like 3D and video generation models.
