The role entails active participation in an internship program that expands your skills, knowledge, and capabilities while introducing you to different strategies and tools. You will assist in creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the 3PM organization. Collect requirements for reports and analysis based on business needs. Support in generating datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. You might be required to conduct research and assist in analyzing data relating to strategic initiatives or wider research requirements. Identifying trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences is also part of your job. You will closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both from our business and tech areas. The intern is also responsible for understanding specific elements of the processes, applications, and technology. You will also provide additional reporting support, administrative tasks, and address ad hoc requests. Your responsibilities include helping with data analysis and maintaining data integrity and quality, assisting in storyboard creation and dashboard development. Assist in identifying problems and providing solutions through data analysis and reporting enabled by automated solutions. Regular communication with management about developments within the areas of assigned responsibilities and generate unique reports as required. What Skills Do You Need To Be Successful? You should have proven interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, time management and task prioritization, and proficiency in PC skills, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and Teams. You should have knowledge of programming languages like SQL, VB Scripting, Access, or others and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or others. What Are The Requirements You Must Satisfy? You must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Computer Science and must graduate between December 2024 and June 2025. You should have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 and be available to work 10 weeks during the summer. Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is mandatory. We're currently not offering this program under OPT or CPT, nor are we sponsoring work visas for this role. What Can You Expect From The Internship Program?
