Your Mission

Our Finance & Indirect Purchasing departments are on a Transformation Journey, driven by the pillars of Organization, Digitalization, and Harmonization. Our aim is to add greater value to our business through centralized and high-quality master data.

As a Vendor Master Data Team Leader (m/f/d), you will be a key player in implementing this transformation. You will contribute to the development of our Purchasing and Finance Master Data Governance Model, which is crucial for several other departments including Accounting, GRiBS, Sourcing, Controlling, and HR.

Your Main Tasks

• Manage a team of 5 to 6 employees based in France, Germany, Poland, and China.
• Oversee team development, hiring processes, and ensure the smooth running of activities.
• Work with Finance and Purchasing teams to improve vendor data management capabilities.
• Lead efforts in vendor master data corrections, analysis, and compliance management.
• Develop and enforce vendor master data governance, policies, and procedures.
• Organize required communication within internal stakeholder communities.
• Develop a centralized ticket system (HEAT) and implement data quality checks and standards.
• Be the key contact for Vendor master data management and cyber security topics.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, or Controlling on an international scale.
• Strong IT mindset, data-driven, and analytical with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of international legal requirements related to master data.
• Proficient in SAP MM/FI/CO, MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of PowerBi, SAC & Celonis is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Organized and structured working style.
• Outstanding customer focus, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, Italian, Polish, or Chinese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to our locations in France, Germany, Poland, and China.
