Role Overview:

As part of our dynamic Agronomy team, the Agronomy Data Scientist will:

• Develop robust data-driven strategies to optimize crop productivity and resilience across Continental Europe.
• Implement cutting-edge prediction models and enhance key processes such as soil monitoring and nutrient management.
• Work closely with the Agronomy Director to ensure that these innovations not only support sustainable practices but also bolster food safety and quality certifications on farms.

The position offers an avenue to directly impact the digital transformation in agriculture by harnessing large sets of data to derive actionable insights that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing agricultural data to build models that enhance productivity and sustainability.
• Supporting various agronomic functions with complex data analysis, model building, and ROI monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards across all operational activities.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Data Science, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field and will possess:

• Profound expertise in data science and statistics.
• Strong understanding of agricultural processes and challenges.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in implementing machine learning and statistical methodologies.
