What You’ll Do

As an AI Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying and optimizing AI and Machine Learning models to ensure robust, scalable, and seamless integration into our production environment. Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing, deploying, and maintaining production-quality Python code for AI and machine learning applications.
• Collaborating with data scientists to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models, focusing on reinforcement learning.
• Designing and implementing scalable solutions for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI model performance, latency, and scalability.
• Staying current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and applying them to enhance our systems.
• Contributing to agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 2-5 years of experience deploying production-level Python code using frameworks like Django.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and OpenAI Gym.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Hands-on experience training and deploying machine learning models, ideally using reinforcement learning techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with full stack technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering for machine learning.

At Systems Technology Inc. (STI), we are committed to attracting, retaining, and motivating talent to drive our business forward. For this role, we offer a base pay between $125,000 – $145,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
