Job Description

Role:

We are looking for an AI Research Engineer with a deep-rooted passion for pushing the limits of AI technology. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in developing and refining cutting-edge AI models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate these innovations into our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out advanced research to design and prototype new AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Optimize deep neural network structures for different domains like computer vision, NLP, and speech recognition.
  • Implement and experiment with emerging methodologies such as neural architecture search and meta-learning.
  • Operationalize AI/ML prototypes for production in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
  • Document and share research results through top-tier academic platforms and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest breakthroughs in AI, both in academia and the industry.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and interns.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • Thorough understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and related algorithms.
  • Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Strong mathematical foundation in optimization, probabilities, and linear algebra.
  • Experience in specialized AI divisions such as computer vision, NLP, and recommender systems.
  • Follows software engineering best practices.
  • Ability to clearly express complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • A proven record of publications in renowned AI conferences or journals is beneficial.
  • Experience in:
    • Cloud technologies
    • Data Engineering technologies
    • Distributed Databases
    • Web UI development (node.js, react, Flask...)
    • API development
