Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Data Science to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data mining to support CRM, Loyalty Program performance, and custom clickstream projects. The focus will be on understanding, segmenting, and activating customers by extracting, cleansing, and combining data from diverse sources and systems to ensure data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and automate data and analysis pipelines in cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query, and Amazon Web Services.
• Integrate multiple data sources and enable data transformation for visualization.
• Use data-oriented programming languages and BI visualization software to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Translate observations into structured data narratives to assess the impact of marketing programs on clients’ businesses.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studio/Looker.
• Deliver executive-ready analytics reviews and strategic Points of View (POVs), supported by quantitative and statistical analysis, to the strategy team to drive continuous improvements in KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 3 years of experience using statistical methods to analyze structured and unstructured data for insights into customers’ digital behavior.
• Experience in analyzing path-to-purchase journeys, measuring marketing campaigns, and creating reports and dashboards from digital sources.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms, and cloud data warehouses.
• Technical skills in SQL, R, Python, Snowflake, Big Query, Amazon Web Services, Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studio/Looker.

Salary:

$152,000 per year, plus benefits.
