About the Role
As an integral part of our Creative Risk Solutions division, the Data Analyst II will contribute to our company’s vision, mission, and strategy by providing essential technical support and expertise. Your goal will be to enhance the performance of our claim system, reducing the need for manual intervention by CRS staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical operational support by executing ad hoc report requests, maintaining report distribution, and troubleshooting user errors related to the CRS claim system and other software used by CRS.
- Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate the routing of requests within the CRS team.
- Maintain the forms and mail-merge documents used by the claims teams.
- Create, run, and monitor regular reporting tasks.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver data insights to internal and external users.
- Assist with other reporting projects as needed.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of SSAE18 requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Preferred knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with agency employees, customers, and CRS staff.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to create and modify data queries using SQL or SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Knowledge of and compliance with HMA’s Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations, and E&O procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: College degree or equivalent job experience.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in technical support, data analysis, reporting, and/or project management.
