About the Role

This role is perfect for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who loves science and is eager to dive into the intricacies of complex systems. You will be an enthusiastic listener and communicator who can align the nuances of technological functions with the narratives that data reveals.

Our sequencing chemistry kits, nanopores, and electronics all impact the data we generate, providing rich insights into sequencing performance from both internal and customer sources. This extensive dataset allows us to predict the impact of proposed component changes and promptly identify emerging performance trends. Your mission will be to harness this data and collaborate closely with our skilled scientists, engineers, product managers, and technical support teams to drive iterative enhancements to our products and support systems.

In this role, you will quickly develop a profound understanding of the science behind our products. Continuing close collaboration with scientists across Lifelancer will enable you to identify factors that drive performance improvements and implement those changes effectively.
