Role Overview

As a Data Scientist, you'll be a crucial member of our Data Science Team, collaborating closely with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analysts. Your primary responsibility is to build and implement data-driven solutions to optimize demand prediction, labor scheduling, inventory management, and day-to-day operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights.
• Advanced feature engineering.
• Development and forecasting of time series models.
• End-to-end model development: from creation to deployment and monitoring.
• Performing A/B testing to validate model performances.
• Leveraging extensive data analysis to drive organizational strategies and decision-making.
• Communicating vital insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Robust statistical knowledge and machine learning expertise.
• Proficient coding skills with an emphasis on clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Proven experience in Python, SQL, Spark, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong background in time series forecasting, feature engineering, and machine learning model development.
• Capability to communicate complex data insights in a clear manner.
• Experience with ML CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production model monitoring (preferred).
