The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $85,500.00 to $128,300.00. The final salary may vary based on geographical location and the candidate’s expertise. Additional compensation, such as an incentive program, may also be available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior data science staff on all phases of analytics projects including formulation, research, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Present findings to peers and data science leadership.
  • Stay updated with trends in the field and suggest new methodologies.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics models to solve customer problems and inform internal operations and strategy.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and an enthusiasm for learning and mastering new technologies. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience applying descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and SQL for querying relational databases.
  • Knowledge in Statistics, including Generalized linear models, time series models, and forecasting techniques.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised models like decision trees, boosting models, and Neural Nets.
  • Experience with Generative AI algorithms and product development is strongly preferred.
  • Competence in creating compelling data visualizations.
  • BS/BA with 3 years of experience or MS with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
