The Job at a Glance

As a part of our HR & People Data Analytics team, you’ll focus on Data Science and People Analytics. Your role is crucial in optimizing HR processes and decision-making through data-driven insights, helping us redefine the labor market for everyone's benefit.

Job Description

Collaborate with Analytics and IT professionals and international HR teams to enhance the functions of the People Analytics department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and making HR data actionable to meet business needs, such as reducing employee turnover and improving recruitment processes.
  • Empowering international HR teams through data-driven transformations, including providing training.
  • Advancing our global HR systems.
  • Creating strategic reports, dashboards, and analyses.
  • Acting as an internal consultant for HR stakeholders up to senior management by communicating results effectively.
  • Identifying new applications for HR data to boost company success.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A university degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science; or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience in Analytics, ideally within an HR context.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as R/Python, SQL, and Power BI.
  • A strong affinity for BI technologies for thorough data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • An enjoyment of working in a diverse, international environment.
  • Business fluency in both German and English.
