Key Responsibilities:

Analytics: Leverage various mathematical, statistical, and machine learning techniques to develop innovative data models and hypotheses. Your efforts will be key to continually enhancing our insights and approaches.

Business Analysis: Investigate and address operational needs and opportunities, contributing towards both automated and non-automated process enhancements.

Data Modelling and Design: Implement robust data analysis, modeling, and design techniques to refine and manage our data architecture.

Programming/Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for optimal outcomes.

Data Visualization: Design and deploy impactful data visualizations, selecting optimal visual approaches to convey insights effectively.

Requirements Definition and Management: Participate in the management and specification of software requirements, ensuring all solutions are aligned with business goals.

Key Relationships:

Collaborate closely with our Data & Analytics Organization (DNA) and interface with key market business functions like Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, Marketing, and IT. These relationships are vital for fostering an environment of growth and technological advancement.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Professional Experience: A minimum of a University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in data management and analytics. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.

Soft-Skills: A demonstrated passion for leveraging data towards tangible business improvements, coupled with strong communication skills to clearly present complex ideas.

Hard-Skills: Hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, and statistical modeling tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and experience in predictive modeling and project management.
