Job Description

As a Software Analyst in our ADAS/AD middleware integration team, you will play an instrumental role in bridging the gap between developers and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software to major automotive manufacturers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and analyzing project necessities, and clarifying customer needs
  • Refining work items and writing technical specifications to support the development team
  • Suggesting technical solutions for product features and proof-of-concept demonstrators
  • Reviewing software designs, code and tests to ensure quality and consistency
  • Aiding the Product Owner and Team Architect in directing the technical work of a cross-functional Agile team

Qualifications

  • Good comprehension of the software development cycle, ideally as a former developer
  • Practical knowledge of C++ and Linux
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Capability to propose a clear, consistent technical solution to a business problem
  • Outstanding communication skills, including precise written English
  • An adaptable attitude with the capacity to excel in uncertain situations

It would be beneficial to have experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in the automotive/ADAS domain would be useful
  • Knowledge of embedded software development on multi-core SoCs
  • Programming in Python
  • Understanding of the ASPICE framework

Interview Process:

  1. Half an hour phone screening call with one of our hiring managers via Microsoft Teams
  2. A two-hour second stage virtual technical interview with a hiring manager, a technical interviewer, and a member of the HR team. Before this interview, we will ask you to complete two coding challenges. We do not use these coding challenges to accept or reject candidates, merely to get a rough idea of your abilities, and to provide some content for a technical discussion.
  3. Decision time! A member of the HR team will get in touch to inform you about the outcome.
