Your Missions:

Join our HR Data and Engagement department as an HR Data Analyst Apprentice, reporting to the HRIS Project Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organizing meetings and workshops, including preparation and minute-taking.
• Supporting project teams in creating dashboards with BI tools: setting up indicators, making adjustments, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintaining data-related documentation, such as data mapping and definitions, in collaboration with different countries.
• Leading an HR Data community to ensure data quality and adherence to governance rules.
• Assisting with the department's reporting activities.
• Participating in cross-functional HR Data projects.
• Proposing improvements for HR Data, such as predictive data and AI use cases.
