Internship Opportunity: HR Data Analyst - F/M

Your Role:

• HRBP Team and Manager Support: Assist in managing our comprehensive HR database to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Optimizing User Experience: Analyze user issues and collaborate with tech teams to deploy effective solutions.
• HR Process Improvement: Engage closely with our team to refine and enhance HR processes, pushing for greater operational efficiency.
• HRBP Dashboard Support: Support HRBP managers in monitoring and deciphering key performance metrics to aid strategic planning.
• Active Participation in HR Projects: Based on your skills and interests, immerse yourself in a variety of significant HR projects.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for proactive, resourceful individuals who are pursuing a degree with a focus in HR (Bac +5 level), possessing prior HR experience. The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in handling sensitive data confidentially.
• Proficiency in various IT tools such as Teams, Excel, Oracle, and Forms.
• Fluency in both French and English is highly advantageous.
